Press Badge

The 22nd Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival accepts accreditation requests to enable smooth and efficient journalistic coverage. Please check the badge types and descriptions below and make sure to submit your application before the deadline. ※ Once the general registration period is over, registrations will only be made possible on-site. Please make sure to submit your application within the registration period. ※ Information regarding opening·closing ceremony passes will be announced at a later date.

배지 신청 대상

  • Individuals of the general and film-related press and editorial departments (broadcast, newspaper, magazine, etc.)
  • TV, radio and reporting PDs, writers, program planners, announcers, reporters
  • Critics, columnists
  • Technical staff (photographers, camera operators, audio engineers, image editors, etc.)

Press Badge
  • Free tickets to film screenings (4 tickets per day,
    1 ticket = 1 screening for 1 person)
    (※ Only applies to films in the 'General Screening' section, opening·closing ceremony tickets cannot be booked with a press badge.)
  • Access granted to the press center and video room.
  • Access granted to press conferences, GVs,
    and festival events.
  • Access granted to B.I.G events.
  • Provision of a guest package and main catalogue.
  • ※ A press badge does not provide access to the opening·closing ceremonies (opening·closing ceremony passes must be applied for separately).
  • ※ The badge is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual it was issued to.
General Registration

How to Apply
Fill out online application form (must submit evidentiary documentation) → Receive badge accreditation email → Pick up badge on-site
  • ※ Evidentiary Documentation
  • Proof of employment that has been issued within the past 3 months. (Must bear the seal of the company's representative and the date of issue)
  • A screenshot/scanned image of an article written by the applicant that has been published within the past year for an official media outlet.
  • Evidentiary document or business card showing that the applicant is registered with an association for press members or critics.
    • Attach and submit one of the forms of evidentiary documentation listed.
    • If you fail to attach evidentiary documentation or do not meet the eligibility criteria, your application may be denied.
    • More documentation may be requested for confirmation purposes.

  • Admission to the opening·closing ceremonies' photo wall and press zone.
  • ※ Admission will not be granted to other areas of the event venue.
  • ※ Admission will not be granted to the press center on the day of the ceremony.
  • ※ Passes will only be issued to those who register beforehand.

Daily Pass
  • A pass for simple and brief reporting purposes, can only be used on the day it was applied for.
  • Access granted to the press center and video room.
  • Access granted to GVs. ※ Daily pass holders will only be granted admission to the GV once the screening isover so that they may cover the event.
  • Access granted to B.I.G events.
    ※ Tickets for festival screenings cannot be booked with a daily pass.

How to Apply
Submit your business card to the press center
at Bucheon City Hall (3F).
※ Daily passes cannot be applied for on opening
day.

your application within the registration period.

If you do not meet the criteria needed for press accreditation, your application may be denied. In such an instance, you will be notified separately via email or text message.
